In Nursery, children start to develop basic literacy and numeracy skills through interactive activities, while also learning important social skills like sharing and cooperation. Reception introduces more structured learning to prepare children for Year 1, with formal lessons in reading, writing, and mathematics. The curriculum follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, covering areas such as communication, language, physical development, and personal, social, and emotional development. Children also have lessons in French, Music and physical education with specialist teachers.
