At Aldenham Prep School, we are committed to fostering physical literacy and implementing a comprehensive Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) program that guides our students on their athletic journeys. In our Nursery and Reception classes, children embark on an engaging adventure in physical education, where they participate in one PE lesson and one Games lesson each week.
