On what turned out to be a very pleasant afternoon on Cookes field, the Aldenham teams performed particularly well against the opposition producing wins in both the boys’ and girls’ 600m relay events. Similar in format to previous years with two pupils each from Years 3-6, but this time running in all boys and all girls teams. The tricky part of this event was how to pace yourself so that you went as fast as you could to arrive on empty when you hand over the baton.
