Watford Festival

Aldenham Prep had a full sweep in the Watford Festival Finals at the Watersmeet Theatre. Winning in every category as well as receiving all the overall winners' prizes.
Tom and Taylor took the Mime Trophy, Isabelle, the Poetry cup. Olivia won the Young Actors' cup as well as the Duologue trophy with partner Isabelle. The two girls left the theatre armed with awards as they were also presented with the Junior Navapurkar Shield for their scene aboard the Titanic as the overall winners of the Festival representing the best performance of 3 weeks' worth of competition and several hundred acts.
The Year Five and Six group winners returned as guests to the Senior Finale to perform their devised scene and receive the prestigious Redhead Trophy presented to the best overall group of any age category. This is the first year a Prep or Junior school has been given the award.

Reception in Forest School
Reception turned things pink at Forest School. Using blackberries, we squashed them to extract the juice, then used this to tie dye our white hankies.
