Year 5 Building Bridges

March 26, 2021

Year 5 worked as part of a Team to created the sturdiest bridge possible. They created their designs using CAD, before finalising them thinking carefully about their design brief and the structures that are most sturdy. They made them out of a variety of material, often adapting them as they went along. They paid special attention to the shape of the truss that they used. Their favourite bit was testing them! Some did not survive!
