Grand Slam!
After the enjoyment of the Six Nations on the weekend it was up to Aldenham and Quainton Hall to provide the entertainment. The squad of Senanu, Fox, Aidan, Filip, David, Barnaby and William put on a strong attacking first half display scoring three tries (Fox (1). Aidan (2)). The second half saw Quainton revive and hit back with two scores of their own to make for an exciting finale where Aldenham managed to hang on with some great tags to prevent any further tries.AJ, Rhys, Justin, Nagul, Oba and Tommy managed to run in six tries in their encounter (Justin (2), Oba (2), Nagul and AJ). Quainton did strike back but it was to be Aldenham’s day on this occasion.Om, Harley, Andrew, Ahaan, Alfie and Samrat were flying from the start in their game. Harley chipped in with five tries. Om and Andrew also chalked up scores to give a convincing win.
A bit like Ireland winning all their games. It was a Grand Slam for Aldenham.
