Ancient Greece Workshop

Year 5 attended a Greek Workshop. It was led by Philipos (phil) a Greek soldier. He showed them how to make mosaic tiles, carve soap, make Greek wine pots and use herbs to treat ailments. By far the most demanding was making olive oil from actual olives and then using a wick to burn the oil in a lamp.
