Celtic Harmony

The children in Year 3 had an amazing experience at Celtic Harmony recently. They learned how people in the Stone Age lived, how they hunted and gathered for food (including spearing Woolly Mammoths!). They built dens using logs, twigs, leaves, ‘brush’ and then covered them for camouflage with long grass. They also took part in a trading activity and took home a small Stone Age gift.

Children’s Mental Health Week

The theme for this year’s Children’s Mental Health Week was ‘Express Yourself’ which the children did through a variety of creative ways. It was a truly positive week for all the pupils and staff.
