Year 4 have been studying the book ‘Poo a natural history of the unmentionable’ where they have worked hard to learn about the different habits of animals and their digestive process. The children gathered mud from around the school to replicate their chosen animal’s excrement which will inspire their very own pooems! It is safe to say that the children have been completely enthralled and fascinated by this writing topic.
Year 3 visited Bhaktivedanta Manor to support their learning about the Hindu faith. They were invited into the Shrine to see the beautiful Murtis; and had a lesson on the importance of the soul. The new Prep School will be called Vincent House and work is continuing at a pace. Due to the current lockdown the last lessons have been taught in Wilson House and it is being prepared for demolition. When the children return they will do so in a brand new school!
