STEM Workshop

October 8, 2021

Year 2, 5 and 6 took part in an exciting STEM workshop, applying their skills to some engineering challenges. Year 5 learnt about the trusses used in the Millennium Bridge and worked as part of a team to ensure it didn’t wobble like the actual bridge! Year 6 linked their structure to their History topic by creating the Windrush Boat which filled the Barton Hall. Year 2’s challenge was to make a Tetra that reached the ceiling. They managed this with a little help to pop the final tetrahedron on top!
