In English Year 2 have been reading ‘The Day the Crayons Quit’ and ‘The Day the Crayons Came Home’. As crayons, they wrote letters to Duncan explaining why they were just so fed up in the hope he listened to how they felt. In the end, Duncan chose to use all his crayons and his teacher awarded him an ‘A’ for effort and a gold star for creativity.
