Year 2 Assembly

In English Year 2 have been reading ‘The Day the Crayons Quit’ and ‘The Day the Crayons Came Home’. As crayons, they wrote letters to Duncan explaining why they were just so fed up in the hope he listened to how they felt. In the end, Duncan chose to use all his crayons and his teacher awarded him an ‘A’ for effort and a gold star for creativity.

Nursery have been learning all about their oral health. They learnt about the effects of too many sweet things on their teeth and different brushing techniques. Fun was had by all cleaning the giant teeth in the tuff tray!
