Year 4 Assembly – The Romans

November 25, 2024

Year 4 delivered their class assembly on The Romans.
Since September, the children have been learning about the Romans and the Roman conquest of Britain, the rebellions of Boudicca and other celts, the Roman way of life and the infrastructure the Romans put in place in England. The assembly concluded that The Romans did in fact do a lot for England! The children did an amazing job of learning their lines and the words to all the songs. They also produced fantastic shields to demonstrate the might and precision of the Roman army. The children read their lines beautifully, sang gloriously and danced spectacularly. It was a fantastic assembly, and an enjoyable way to learn history.

Well done year 4!
