A Visit from Oliver Twist

Children from Reception to Year 5 had a surprise when the M& M Theatre group arrived to perform ‘Oliver Twist’. To see the lobby transformed into a theatre and every child engaged with the themes of humour, despair, greed and ever present hope was amazing. M & M are already booked for a return visit! The confidence to perform and to explore difficult issues are valuable elements of drama and ones which are important to our all-round education.
