Netball Pre Season Team Building

September 6, 2023

Thirty girls from Year 9-13 have been on a pre-season trip to Nuclear Races in Essex. They started the day off with 2 hours of high ropes and ziplining through the trees, working in their teams to support each other through the course. In the afternoon, they completed a 2 hour fitness course, which involved various obstacles through the mud and water. The girls worked incredibly hard, competing in their teams to win races and using their teamwork and leadership skills to work through the obstacles. The day finished off with a giant slide into the lake!
