Young Historians survive a trip to the Tower of London
February 8, 2016
At the beginning of February, 59 Year 7 pupils braved the storms to travel to the Tower of London in order to further their study of Norman England and castles.
Particular highlights included seeing the Crown Jewels, getting a special talk by ‘a Norman Baron’ and seeing the medieval torture exhibition which saw a lot of interesting ideas being floated around by the curious pupils. The weather was not kind to us but a excellent time was had by all.
