Mr Austin is Top of the Class

March 11, 2019

Assistant Director of Music, Samuel Austin, was recently examined for the diploma of ‘Associate of the Royal College of Organists’. Not only did he pass, he claimed a gamut of prizes for the highest marks in organ playing, written papers and highest aggregate mark overall. Congratulations Mr Austin! He was delighted to receive his certificate at a conferment ceremony at Southwark Cathedral.

Commenting on all the hard work to gain his reward, Mr Austin says he really enjoyed preparing for this demanding examination and he hopes pupils will be equally inspired to commit to a challenge in their area of interest.
