Historians visit Berlin
April 18, 2019
The History department took 30 students to Berlin to complement their iGCSE study of Nazi Germany and the Cold War. This is arguably one of the most popular trips at the school.
The guided bike tour around the key historical landmarks of the city was a real hit with the students who loved that experience. They also visited the villa at Wannsee, Sachenhausen concentration camp and the Olympic stadium. They even found time to visit the Topography of Terror and Check Point Charlie museums and go up the TV tower for a great view of Berlin. The students were superbly behaved and enjoyed a fantastic trip.
