Students from the cast of Romeo and Juliet had a fantastic workshop as part of their involvement in the Shakespeare Schools Festival. They were able to rehearse onstage with professional actors and directors at the professional venue where they will perform next month. Their abridged version of Shakespeare’s famous love story will focus on the violence within the text, drawing parallels with the violence on London streets today.
