A very muddy Cross Country Competition
March 29, 2018
564 students took part in this year’s House Cross Country competition on one of the muddiest courses that most people could remember. Orlando Fertleman and Maya Delyfer were first boy and girl home for Martineau’s. In the Junior race the first boy and girl across the finish line were Dillon Chana and Lily Zenter. Lily and Eliza Blayne were placed third and fourth overall in this race which for the first time saw boys and girls running alongside each other with a head start for the girls.
Congratulations also to Myles Mcleod, an amazing athlete who won the Senior race for the second year, with Debbie Okeowo the first girl across the finish line having come third last year. Amelia Rees and James Kennedy were again in the top three for the third year in a row.
