Beer Money for pupils

May 15, 2019

Year 9 pupils received a commemorative crown from the Master Brewer when they attended this year’s annual Beer Money ceremony at Brewers’ Hall.

This is an important day for the boys and girls, enhancing their appreciation of the historical founding of the School. Each pupil was presented with a commemorative coin of the realm donated by the Brewers’ Company, one of the oldest livery companies in the City of London. This provides a valuable reminder of the School’s tradition and heritage which  will be valued and treasured by pupils.
