Biology Masterclass at Aldenham

27 students from Courtlands Primary School, Aldenham Prep and St Hilda’s attended a Biology masterclass on sugar and respiration. They tested for the presence of sugar in different foods and investigated whether respiration works faster in yeast when more sugar is present. Not all of the yeast behaved as expected but the all students did! They were excellent ambassadors for their schools and worked together really cooperatively.
