A Level Artists get Inspired in Berlin
March 19, 2019
A Level Artists have recently returned from a trip to Berlin to experience the city’s wealth of cultural capital and unique historical context. Leaving their classrooms behind for four days, the Aldenham students visited several renowned art collections including the Hamburger Bahnhof Museum, Berlinische Galerie, Samlung Boros and the East Side Gallery.
The Berlin art scene is known for being avant-garde, and the students challenged themselves by engaging with not only seminal artworks but also the more obscure of the contemporary pieces.
