An Amazing Ski Trip to Canada
This year, the Senior Ski Trip headed to the ski slopes of Jasper, Canada. All pupils made the most of the ideal snow conditions and deserted pistes, with some of the more advanced skiers in the group even taking on the challenge of the famous “Tres Hombres” double black diamond run. Following the guidance of our friendly instructors, all groups (the intermediate group in particular) improved their skiing technique considerably.
The evening activities available in Jasper were stunning to say the least. Being towed by a team of huskies, over a huge frozen lake in the Jasper National Park will live long in the memory for everyone on the trip. We even spent one evening exploring a local ice canyon by torchlight, admiring the ice stalactites and caves.
