Abi Smuts, Marco Nicholas and Phoebe Altman held an art auction as part of ASPA’s Quiz Night to raise money for Ripple Africa. The trio are travelling to Malawi this summer to help with the charity there on the School’s annual trip. Each student needs to raise £1,000 for the charity. The majority of the artwork was auctioned silently as well as three main pieces that were sold in a live auction compered by Mr Fowler. The evening was a triumph with every single piece of artwork being sold, raising over £3,300 for Ripple Africa.
Many thanks to ASPA, Dr Reid, Mr Fowler, Miss Brewer and Mr Clair for their help in making sure the evening was a success. We hope everyone had a great time and enjoys their new artwork!
